My brand new truck was hit by another vehicle requiring some paint repairs and I was extremely nervous in regard to paint matching. Diehl did an amazing job and you can’t tell anything ever happened. Additionally, they detailed the interior which was not expected. Between the level of service and great customer engagement throughout the entire process, I would highly recommend anyone use Diehl for their collision repair needs.

After experiencing a collision, I expected repairs to be a lengthy and stressful process, but Diehl Collision ensured that wasn't the case. Thanks to their easy text-updates, I was informed throughout every step of the repair process. Upon picking my vehicle up (sooner than expected, I should add) the receptionist and team were kind and invested in guaranteeing I paid no more than I needed to. When I slid back into my Subaru, it was clean, smelled fresh, and drove like it was fresh off the lot. Very satisfied with the Diehl Collision team!

The repaired bumper did not match the rest of the car. I was told other areas of the car had been repainted. All I can say about that is...when I looked up the vin number there were no accidents listed, and Carshop in Cranberry where I purchased the car said it had no accidents. So???

I had my vehicle repaired at Diehl Collision in Butler. I spoke with Kathy, she is very knowledgeable and kind. She deserves a raise for what she has to put with!! Jaylee did my estimate she very helpful!! They did an excellent job fixing my car! I am very pleased with the work they did on my vehicle!!

Ray and Kathy were very helpful though out my experience. Communication was thorough and constant. They even finished my repair a whole week earlier than estimated. I highly recommend.
