Took my car here because an insurance company indicated that they had a direct pay agreement with Diehl (Diehl confirmed this). It took them 2 1/2 weeks to fix my car. They charged more than double the estimate without notifying me, then when they had trouble getting payment from the insurance company, they refused to release my car, saying that they did NOT have any agreement with the insurance company. They have, so far, refused to release my car to me for a full week past the time repairs were finished. Horrible communication, inflated prices, and complete refusal to work with me, even after I offered to pay a portion of the charges.
